On March 3rd, 2009 I posted in Day In Washington about Kirk Jenkins’ lawsuit against the National Board of Medical Examiners. He had been denied an accommodation for the Medical Licensing Exam and filed a lawsuit. Kirk lost his initial lawsuit because the circuit court didn’t consider him "disabled enough" under the ADA....
