Podcasts
Podcast: The term “podcast” is a portmanteau word; a combination of “iPod” and “broadcast.” It is an audio (or video) digital file that you can download and listen to on your computer or a portable MP3 player such as an iPod (although you don’t need an iPod to listen). Because podcasts are really just MP3 sound files, you can simply “click and listen” using any number of free players that are easily available, either already on your computer or on the Internet.
